Johnny has served as the worship pastor of Conway's First since 1989. He holds degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served churches in Mississippi, Texas. Oregon and Arkansas before joining the staff of CFBC. He is married to Kathy and they have two children, Evan and Brendan.

Johnny enjoys reading, playing music with his friends and watching the Razorbacks. He probably has more guitars than he needs but not as many as he wants. His love of roller coasters is the stuff of legends. Having grown up in Biloxi, MS Johnny is a fan of Barq's Root Beer.
